    • Hand each person 10 starter prompts relevant to their role — the cases from Layer 1.
    • Start asking the workforce questions they can only answer with AI — pace the literacy by demand, not by training.

    2. Step 2 · Map AI-native apps to each element. Pick best-of-breed from the working catalogue.
    3. Step 3 · Stitch the apps together. Shared context, cross-tool hand-offs, human-in-the-loop.
    4. Step 4 · Stitch back to Microsoft Dynamics. Read first, write later — every entry audited and citable.

    • Have them show off in all-hands and team meetings — disposable apps, agents, dashboards, built live.
    • Their job is to educate by doing: every shipped tool is a teaching moment for the rest of the org.
